Those other body parts

I worked some of the lesser worked muscles this evening and my usual Big Friday night workout had to wait until Saturday last week due to travel demands.




I also learned today that my neighborhood fitness center is expanding and adding a squat rack so there soon will not be a need to choose a new, commercial gym.  Thank goodness!

I’ve learned there is a niche in the market for a gym with squat racks, free weights and basic bench and cable machines to charge ~20-25$/month but nobody is doing it.

I plan to take a few days off over Thanksgiving and focus on recovery and rest (i.e. food and sleep.)
