I just got finished watching the movie, We Love Paleo, on Amazon Prime and highly recommend it.
Whether you are searching for new dietary strategies or simply curious about the “Paleo” way of eating in general, the movie was very informative and well done without being overly preachy.
It only reinforced my belief that eliminating sugars and grains is the healthiest way to live.
I believe it is wise to eliminate processed food as much possible, avoid sugars, avoid grains, and do resistance training using heavy weights. In my own N=1 study, it has allowed me to add muscle mass and reduce body fat, even in my 50’s.
