Nelson Downriver Race 2022

Held on May 7, 2022 on the Tye River in Nelson County, VA.

And if can attribute my best time down this river to any factor, it would be building my latissimus dorsi (lats) muscles over the past two years. I could feel how engaged they were and I was very aware of my lats, legs and torso rotation.
