Off-season kayak training

Now that I look back at this first video I realize it might have been ahead of its time.

Build yourself a wobble board and get creative to work on your balance skills during the off-season.

(I still get stares in the gym when I do raised leg dumbbell flies with two different weights. Let me know if you want me to record that exercise on video to share with you.)

Use it or lose it! Keep moving. Keep training. Never stop trying to become a better version of you.
