Ice Hike

I was starting to go a little stir crazy so I decided to go on a hike, even though the icy conditions have kept almost everyone off the trails for 2 weeks. I did see one other set of tracks of a person with the coiled spring version of crampons, but they did not make it too far before they turned around.

I was able to walk anywhere I wanted to go. So, the spike-style crampons might be next in my gear box.

I had to get a little creative to make it happen, but I was having so much fun I wound up doing my little loop trail twice.
