Crash dieting is dangerous. Any claim that a person can go from grossly overweight to shredded in 3 or 4 weeks is grossly misleading and you cannot out-exercise a poor diet.

Also, engaging regularly in weight-bearing exercise or resistance training is the only real way to add significant amounts of muscle to look “jacked.”

It’s important to research the credibility of the program, look for reviews from reputable sources, and consider consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness regimen.
