This current ad campaign circulating on the internet is very scammy.

There is no “fast track” to rapid weight loss, and unless you are already muscular, when you lose the weight you are not going to automatically looked jacked, despite what those fantastical advertisements imply.

These ads are grossly misleading

The types of foods you choose to eat and the amount you eat are the keys. Eating at a caloric deficit is ultimately the only way to lose weight and you should only be at a slight caloric deficit when you decide the shed pounds. It will take time, and it is also about more than just calories. Not all calories are created equal.

Crash dieting is dangerous. Any claim that a person can go from grossly overweight to shredded in 3 or 4 weeks is grossly misleading and you cannot out-exercise a poor diet.

Also, engaging regularly in weight-bearing exercise or resistance training is the only real way to add significant amounts of muscle to look “jacked.”

It’s important to research the credibility of the program, look for reviews from reputable sources, and consider consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness regimen.
