I’ve been asked many times over the years how I train in the gym or train on the water for kayaking, and the answer isn’t simple or easy because I know people want a simple prescription.
There is no one plan or exercise regimen that will work for everyone.

Your health and physical condition will dictate what you can do.
I am very blessed with health and can still lift heavy (for an old man) and train hard.
Just know that most of your health comes from what you put in your mouth, and what you do in terms of physical activity and weight lifting.
Stay active. Do weight-bearing exercise. Use it or lose it.
