The COVID-5 Challenge: Add 5 lbs of muscle, not fat

I’m all in with Vinnie on this one.

Sadly, I’ve already added some “bad” pounds in the past few weeks so I’m making a stand and turning things around.  Just yesterday I went on a 6-mile hike through the woods after work just to get myself moving during the week again.

And while your belt may serve as a poor man’s DEXA scan (LOL!,) I’ve been using an affordable Renpho smart scale to track my progress for the past couple years.  It is not a medical-grade device, but it does allow you to track relative changes in body fat %, muscle mass, etc.

After 2 years I am still very happy with it.

Now let’s go put on 5 pounds of muscle!
